项目摘要

本研究はコロナ禍によって調査データが歪む可能性を考慮し、延長申請を継続しつつ最終年度に予定されていた予備的介入研究の実施およびその前段階であるメンタライズ尺度の尺度化が遅れている状況にある。本研究では、アレキシサイミア傾向者の感情のメンタライズにおける問題点を明らかにし、実際にアレキシサイミア傾向者に介入する場合に糸口を見出すことを主目的としている。2022年の4～9月については、前年度までに収集・発表したデータについての翻訳版である感情のメンタライズ尺度の因子構造の決定について共同研究者と意見交換をするとともに、データの再分析を行うことに使用した。現段階では、因子の収束状況からアメリカの原版と異なり文化差がある程度想定されることを念頭に3因子構造よりは5もしくは6因子構造が妥当である可能性を検討している。なお、これらの結果はイタリア版の因子構造と類似している点も多く、共分散構造分析による検討を行い、最終的な因子構造を決定する予定で進めている。一方で、筆頭研究者である馬場が2022年9月より1年間の海外研修のためにNYで研究所での訓練を受けているため9月以降のデータ分析等は中断している。延長申請が受託されたため帰国後すぐにデータの再分析と論文投稿をする予定で考えている。なお、当初の研究目的であった小グループでの予備的介入研究の実行については、帰国後のコロナ禍の状況によっては断念し、介入研究に繋がる調査研究に修正する可能性が現在考えられている。
