项目摘要

本研究課題は、近年注目されている身体志向の心理療法の1つである臨床動作法に着目し、身体への注意の向け方の違いによって自己制御の仕方やその際の体験の仕方がどのように異なるか、また心理特性の違いによって自己制御の仕方やその際の体験の仕方やその際の体験がどのように異なるかについて検討することを目的とするものである。身体や身体感覚を取り扱う心理療法として臨床動作法やマインドフルネス等が挙げられるが、心理的側面と実際の身体の状態との関連について検討された研究は非常に少ない。本研究では姿勢や動作、筋緊張の状態について実際に計測を行い、心理的側面との関連について検討することを大きな特徴とする。2022年度は（１）前年度までに実施した実験のうち、アレキシサイミア傾向に着目し、アレキシサイミア傾向と立位保持課題および立位重心移動課題時の重心動揺との関連について分析を行うとともに、（２）新たにアレキシサイミア傾向者の筋緊張及び筋弛緩時の身体感覚の正確性を検討する実験を実施した。（１）については、アレキシサイミア傾向の測定のため実施したTAS-20の尺度のうち「感情同定困難」尺度得点と立位重心移動課題時の重心の不安定さに有意な相関が認められた。「感情同定困難」は動作時の身体感覚への気づきの乏しさとも関連し、それが重心の不安定さにつながった可能性が示唆される。（２）については、アレキシサイミア傾向者の身体感覚の正確性について、主観的評価（筋緊張や筋弛緩の感覚の主観的評価）と客観的評価（筋電計により筋活動量を算出）の乖離度を算出し検討した。その結果、筋緊張課題においてアレキシサイミア傾向高群は低群と比べて乖離度が大きくなる傾向がみられた。

This study focuses on psychotherapy of body aspiration in recent years, and focuses on clinical actions, body attention, direction of violation, self-control, and inter-body treatment. The psychological characteristics of the individual are different from those of the individual. There is a great deal of research on the relationship between the body and the sense of body, such as psychotherapy, clinical movement methods, and clinical exercises. However, there is very little research on the relationship between the bottom of the mind and the actual state of the body. This study examined the relationship between posture, movement, muscle tension, behavior, and psychological characteristics. In 2022, we implemented (1) the previous year's implementation of the project, the analysis of the relationship between the center of gravity movement and the project of the maintenance of the position, and (2) the implementation of the new project, the discussion of the legality of the body sensation when the muscle tension and muscle relaxation of the person with the tendency to lose the position. (1) The measurement of the tendency to lose, lose. "Emotional identification difficulties" are related to the physical sensation of movement, instability of center of gravity, and the possibility of disturbance. (2) The evaluation of the main body (muscle tension and muscle relaxation) and the evaluation of the guest body (muscle activity calculated by muscle electrometer) are discussed. As a result, the tension-related problems tend to be high in the group and low in the group.
