项目摘要

本年度は主に次の4つの課題に取り組み、その成果を国内外の学会および論文をつうじて発表した。【A】モンゴル国カザフ装飾文化と中央アジアの他地域のカザフ装飾文化の比較。カザフスタンとモンゴル国という異なる歴史・社会背景をもつカザフ人の間でそれぞれ製作されてきたフェルト敷物「サルマック」の相違について、国際学会（ESCAS）にて報告した。【B】モンゴル国カザフ装飾文化の変遷状況の整理・分析。カザフ人が製作・使用している住居内装飾家具のひとつである壁掛け「トゥス・キーズ」に着目し、その仕様の変容の実態を、1950年代から2010年代の間に同地域で製作されたトゥス・キーズ120枚分のデータをもとに詳述した。これによりトゥス・キーズが過去70年の間に、社会体制の変化と技術変化の影響を受けて変容してきたことが明らかとなった。なお、本稿は千葉大学大学院人文公共学府研究プロジェクト報告書として2020年5月頃公開予定である。【C】装飾行動の背景である文化的行動規範の具体的内容の整理・分析。カザフ人が住居内部に装飾行為をおこなう要因のひとつとして、カザフ人同士の社会的な親族ネットワークの強さと「恥」の文化に着目し、その事例を詳述した。本稿は『明日へ翔ぶ5』（風間書房）に掲載された。【D】カザフ人の生活文化の基盤である牧畜文化の実態、とくに季節移動パターンの解明。本年度はモンゴル国バヤン・ウルギー県において二度の現地調査をおこなった。具体的には、カザフ牧畜民の住居形態の変化と宿営地間の移動方法の変化について調査した。調査内容は現在も整理・分析中であり、結果については次年度以降、研究報告をおこなっていく。以上、本年度は先行研究では明らかにされてこなかったモンゴル国カザフ装飾文化の変容状況と装飾文化の維持・継承に関わるカザフ人の生活状況を明らかにした。
