Research on the medical incident analyses related to physicians' decision making process

到目前为止，医疗安全措施中收集的医疗事故和事件报告的目的是对医疗行为进行分析。最近，我们提出了一个新的假说，认为医生的思维过程是医疗实践开始之前的阶段，思维过程中的错误会导致医疗事故和事件。为了验证这一假设，从日本质量保健组织理事会提供的医疗事故信息数据库中收集了医疗事故和事件的案例。案例分析表明，医生的思维过程可分为“任务选择”、“推理”、“决策”和“下一步行动选择”四个过程，每个过程都受到“信息”、“情感”等因素的影响。

Thus far, the purpose of medical accident and incident reports collected in the medical safety measures was the analysis of medical acts. Recently, we postulated a new hypothesis that physician's thought process is the stage before the start of medical practice and that the errors in thought process lead to medical accidents and incidents. To prove the hypothesis, the cases of medical accidents and incidents were collected from medical accidents information database provided by Japan Council for Quality Health Care Organization. Analyses of cases suggested that physician's thought process is factored into each process "task selection", "reasoning", "decision", and "next action selection", and that each process is influenced by "information", "emotion", and other.
