项目摘要

医療人材育成のため、昨年度と同様に医師や学生を対象にSPによる医療面接を行なった。医療面接後の感想においても、在宅でのがん患者の看取りという視点を持つことに関する意見が多く、学生のときにこういった視点を持つことは極めて重要であると考えられた。また香川大学が主催するNST勉強会で、2015/4/13に地域連携と栄養管理という演題で講演を行なった。大学および大学外の医療従事者や学生を対象にした勉強会で、約30人の出席があった。今後在宅医療に求められる栄養管理や病院や施設と社会における栄養連携、看取りにおけるギアチェンジなどについて話題提供し、今後香川大学をはじめとする病院が果たすべき地域連携における栄養から見た役割について議論した。外来では診療報酬がないなかで在宅支援体制を構築してゆく必要があり、多職種が集まり十分な時間を費やしにくいことや治療開始の比較的早い時期から取り組むことで、在宅で亡くなる事が選択肢のひとつであると認識しやすくなることなどを情報・意識共有することができた。また犬飼道雄、舛形尚　がん在宅死亡率倍増計画　-香川県がん在宅死亡率40％を目指して-　地域ケアリング（17）84-89，2015を記した。地域ケアリングは発行部数２万部の介護福祉系の月刊誌で、介護を中心に大学病院ががん患者の在宅看取りに積極的に取り組んでいることが明らかになると考えられた。病院ー介護ー在宅の連携は、在宅看取りにおいては非常に重要で、大人数に対する教育的効果は高いと考えられた。
