本研究は、配偶者遺族の複雑性悲嘆の予防を目指し、がん患者を看取る配偶者の介護中から死別後における介護の肯定的な認識に着目した訪問看護師への教育プログラムの開発を目的としている。教育プログラムは、「在宅がん患者の介護中から死別後をとおした、配偶者の介護の肯定感を高める訪問看護実践」の自己評価尺度（Karikawa,Nakatani,2019）の項目を基盤に、継続可能なかつ発展的なものを開発することとしている。今年度は、①がん患者の介護中から死別後の期間の配偶者の効果的な支援を考えるうえでの指針を得ること、②がん患者を介護する配偶者の肯定的な介護認識に対する訪問看護師の役割認識について示唆を得ることを目的とした文献レビューを進めた。また、配偶者の肯定的な介護認識に着目した訪問看護支援に関連する要因を明らかにするために用いる質問紙の検討、選定を行った。
