本研究では、運動リズム由来の心拍リズム変化の発生メカニズムを調査することを通して、心不全患者に対する非侵襲で簡便な心筋スティフネスの評価方法を確立することを目的としている。上記の目的のために2つの研究を開始している。研究①では異なる病態の心不全患者における運動リズム由来の心拍リズム変化を確認し、病態による違いから、評価指標としての妥当性を確立する。また研究②として心筋スティフネス以外の要因を明らかにするために健常人を対象として自律神経機能や骨格筋ポンプ機能との関連を調査する。令和4年度は研究①として国際医療福祉大学成田病院の心臓リハビリテーションスタッフと調整を行い、自転車エルゴメータを用いた心肺運動負荷試験によるデータ測定を開始した。本研究では病態の異なる心不全患者として、慢性心不全患者、心臓外科術後患者、成人先天性心疾患患者を取り込み、病態の違いによる運動リズム由来の心拍リズム変化を確認する。今後は継続したデータ測定とデータの解析を行う予定である。研究②では、2種類の測定を進めている。1つめは下腿の骨格筋ポンプ機能を定量的に評価するための装置であるエアープレチスモグラフィー（ACI MEDICAL・APG-1000）を用いて若年健常者を対象とした測定であり、現在測定を開始したところである。2つ目は骨格筋ポンプの関連性を確認するために下肢静脈阻血中の歩行における運動リズム由来の心拍リズム変化を調査する測定であり、こちらは現在測定を終了し解析を進めている。

To confirm the relationship between the muscle and the lower limb vein occlusion, to investigate the origin of the exercise, to determine the present condition, and to analyze the present condition.
