本研究の内容ははデジタル時代における中国政府のデジタルガバメントの戦略及びデジタルメディア開設の戦略を明らかにしようとするものである。これをめぐって以下の研究実績を積みました。まず『筑波法政』第89号で査読付き論文・「デジタル時代における中国の「自媒体」の役割とその限界」を刊行された。また英語の国際学会(The 13th Asian Media, Culture and Film Conference) で「How does “Government Social Media Platform” play its role in the Chinese Digital Government: focusing on the three cases of Local government Social Media Platform」というタイトルの口頭発表を行った。また学会のthe proceeding full paperとして刊行された。ほかには2022年10月に中国中山大学との共著図書・『2022年度中国インターネットとガバナンスの学術報告書』を刊行した。本報告書は中国、日本、シンガポール、イギリスなどの世界各国のデジタルガバメントの最新動向について考察しました。2023年3月8日に早稲田大学現代政治経済研究所で「メディア技術と中国のソーシャルメディア」について口頭報告を行った。2023年5月に北海道大学メディアコミュニケーション研究院と中国人民大学の国際学術研究会で「メディア技術と日中のデジタルガバメント」について口頭報告を行う予定である。2023年6月にアジア政経学会で「デジタル時代における中国共産党のガバナンス革新と政務メディアの開設」について口頭報告を行う。
