2019年10月に幼児教育・保育無償化が施行されてから、国民の意見が賛否両論に 分かれ、証拠に基づく政策立案へのニーズが高まっている。本研究では、政府統計 ミクロデータを用いて、自然実験に基づいたDID推定で、 幼児教育・保育無償化の政策効果を科学的に評価し、制度の見直しに必要な実証エ ビデンスを提示する。異質的政策効果を考察する上で、幼保無償化制度のあり方や改善方策について政策提言をする。

October, 2019 Children's Education and Conservation Free of Charge Implementation, National Opinions, Comments, Evidence, Basic Policy Registration This study provides suggestions for the use of government statistics, the estimation of DID based on natural conditions, the scientific evaluation of the policy effect of free child education and childcare, and the necessary evidence for the establishment of a system. When examining the effectiveness of heterogeneous policies, we will discuss both ways to improve the unpaid child care system and policy suggestions.
