项目摘要

本研究では、農産物流通の戦略的な空間領域として注目される中域圏に着目し、フードシステムの構造を捉える分析理論を駆使して、中域圏フードシステムの研究分野を開拓することをめざす。初年度に当たる2022年度は、中域圏の典型的な圏域として「県域」に着目し、福島県や宮城県で見られるタマネギやモヤシの供給システムに関する現地調査や資料収集を行った。福島県の原子力被災地域で試みられているタマネギの産地形成の調査では、主な販路となっている県内の中間流通業者との取引実態と課題を把握した。またモヤシについてはスーパーマーケットの店舗観察調査を実施し、福島県におけるもやしのフードシステムの外形を把握した。さらに、中域圏フードシステムを構成する主体として協同組合に着目した調査を実施した。みやぎ生協における県内を中心とする産直「めぐみ野」を取り上げ、中でも角田丸森産牛乳の産直取引の動向に関する資料収集を行った（現地調査は2023年の4月・5月に実施）。また地域の食品製造業者で組織する郡山食品工業団地協同組合の展開に関する調査を実施した。
