项目摘要

最終年度に当たる今年は、調査研究内容を学会誌論文に投稿し、掲載させることを最大の課題とした。結果、査読付き学会誌に4本の論文が掲載された。1本目は、食料産業クラスターの分析枠組みの拡張とその実証に関する論文である。従来の産業クラスター概念には産地外の視点が希薄であった。そこでフードシステム論の構造論的分析枠組みを拡張し、産地間競争と産地間の原料・中間製品の移動が把握できるよう空間構造概念を導入した。この分析枠組みを用いて、大規模産地の和歌山県、中小規模産地の福井県、原料輸入先である東アジア諸国の関係の実証分析に行った。2、3本目は、和歌山県の梅干し加工業者による開発輸入の展開を解明したものである。大規模クラスターを形成している和歌山県みなべ・田辺地域のウメ産業は中国・台湾からの輸入原料に依存している。そこではみなべ・田辺地域の加工業者による開発輸入が半世紀前から行われてきた。この梅干し開発輸入とみなべ・田辺地域内のクラスターの構造変化とは、密接に関連していると考えた。分析の結果明らかになった加工業者の開発輸入をめぐる企業行動には、アジアの経済発展や日本の市場動向などの経済的要因に加えて、言語の共通性や信頼の度合い、政治的対立の有無などの文化的・政治的要因にも規定されていた。とくに1990年代における中国での開発輸入を主導したのは台湾系加工業者であり、そこでは日台中の加工業者間の「文化的・政治的距離」が大きな影響を及ぼしていた。4本目は、和歌山県田辺市における農商工連携によるダイダイ特産品化の取り組みに着目した。2000年代後半、梅干しが供給過剰に陥り、原料であるウメの市場価格も低迷しているなかで、新たな特産品づくりが模索されている。ここでは農家や柑橘加工業者、行政等が手を取り合い柑橘の一種であるダイダイの加工品開発や販路開拓に取り組む「ダイダイプロジェクト」の展開過程を明らかにした。

In the final year, the biggest topic this year is the submission and publication of research content and academic papers. Results: 4 papers were published in the journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. 1. This paper is about the analysis of the food industry and the development of the food industry. The structure of the plant in the field is changed and the close connection is examined. The results of the analysis show that the development input of the processing industry is the key factors for the development of the Japanese market, such as the increase in the number of enterprises, and the increase in the number of enterprises. In the 1990s, China's development input dominated Taiwan's processing industry, and the "cultural and political distance" between Taiwan's processing industries greatly influenced and affected Taiwan's processing industry. 4. The Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Association of Wakayama Prefecture In the second half of the 2000s, the supply of dried vegetables, raw materials, and special products was too low. The development process of citrus processing industry and administration is clearly defined as the development process of citrus processing products.
