本研究においては脳血栓回収の新たなイメージングバイオメーカーの創出を目的としている。本年度は主に過去症例の参照して条件に該当する症例の抽出を行なった。しかしながら症例集積期間を広く設定しておりその期間内にMRI機器の変更や使用デバイスの変更、手技の進歩もあったために様々な症例が混在している。そのために症例の抽出にやや難渋している。しかしながら今後は症例の抽出を可能な限り早く完遂して今後の検討に繋げたい。またこれらの症例に関しては既存の画像イメージが用いられており、それらを新たな視点から評価することによって新たなイメージングバイオマーカーが得られれる可能性があるのではないかと考えられる。さらに本研究においては新たな撮像方法を取り入れることも想定しており、そういった症例も可能なかぎり増やしていきたいと考えている。したがって前述した症例の抽出と並行して、導入予定であるdual energy CTやパラメトリックMRIの準備も行っている。現時点で各部門との検討・調整は十分に行えてはいないが、準備ができ次第、今後は各診療科や放射線診療部門と連携を行って適応と思われる症例に対する撮像方法の確立および臨床現場への速やかな導入を考えている。また可能な限り肉眼的および病理学的な評価も想定しているために各診療科との連携を構築する必要があるために、こちらも準備も並行して行なっており、準備が出来次第開始したい。
