2022年度は、本研究において専門的な障害者への歯科医療提供資源として取り扱う、公益社団法人 日本障害者歯科学会認定医が在籍する医療機関（以下、認定医在籍医療機関）を、パイロットスタディに引き続き全国の二次医療圏単位で調査し、地図作成ソフトを用いてマッピングし、分析を行った。また、全国的な傾向を把握するために、地方厚生局の管轄地域ごとについても分析を行った。その結果、認定医在籍医療機関は半数以上の二次医療圏に存在せず、大都市型二次医療圏に多く、過疎地域型二次医療圏に少ないことや、近畿ブロックと関東信越ブロックから離れていくほど障害者歯科医療提供体制の充足率が低いことを明らかとした。その分析結果を、「日本の障害者歯科医療提供体制の二次医療圏単位での検討」と題して論文を作成し、社会歯科学会へ投稿した。（2023年４月７日受理）専門的な障害者への歯科医療提供資源である認定医在籍医療機関を、全国の二次医療圏ごとに現状把握・分析し、地域格差や特性を明らかとした論文の作成及び投稿を行ったことは、本研究の最終的な目的である障害者に対する歯科医療提供のバリアフリー化促進に向けての第一歩として、非常に重要な知見を得られたと考える。今後の計画としては、今年度得られた知見及びデータをアップデートするとともに、認定医在籍医療機関周辺のバリアフリー状況の調査を進め、実際に障害者が通院する際に参考となるアクセスマップの作製に取り掛かる予定である。また、障害者歯科医療提供体制の地域格差を是正する提言についても検討していく。

In fiscal 2022, we conducted a survey and analysis on the use of medical resources for dental care for the disabled in Japan, a public welfare organization recognized by the Japan Association of Dental Care for the Disabled (hereinafter referred to as recognized medical institutions). The trend of the whole country should be grasped, and the jurisdiction of the local health bureau should be analyzed. The results show that more than half of the secondary medical care system exists in medical institutions, more in metropolitan secondary medical care system, less in regional secondary medical care system, and the adequacy ratio of the dental medical care system for the disabled is low.
