项目摘要

副腎白質ジストロフィーの患者家族会の協力を得て、4人の養育者へのインタビュー調査を実施した。疾患が患者と家族の生活全体に及ぼす様々な影響についての具体的な語りを得ることができた。特に、現在の日本の医療や福祉の状況に沿って、患者と家族が抱える課題についての情報を得ることができた。現在は、インタビュー結果を分析している段階である。対象者数は予定より少ないが、インタビュー内容の豊富さと、次に述べるシステマティックレビューでの知見を総合的に評価し、対象者を増やすか検討する。なお、分析の結果は2023年度中にジャーナルに投稿予定である。また、副腎白質ジストロフィーを含む、先天性白質ジストロフィー患者家族の経験に関するシステマティックレビューについて、プロトコルペーパーを作成した。すでに、JBI Evidence SynthesisにOnline firstで掲載されている。現在は、レビューのための文献収集とスクリーニング、質の評価を終了し、データの抽出作業に移行している。なお、統合された知見は2023年度中にJBI Evidence Synthesisに投稿予定である。Leukodystrophy Quality of Life Assessmentの翻訳については、著作権者との連絡が取れず、実施することができていない。来年度以降については、2022年度の調査から得られた知見を基に、副腎白質ジストロフィー患者と家族の生活の質を評価する尺度における、質問項目の選定を進める。システマティックレビューで得られる、白質ジストロフィー患者の知見だけでなく、インタビュー調査から得られた日本の社会環境に起因する課題にかかわる設問を加えることで、利用可能性の高い尺度を開発することにつながる。作成された尺度の信頼性と妥当性を検証するための質問紙調査を実施する予定である。
