本研究では、認知症家族介護者が自責感ではなく、自尊感情の向上に繋がる『セルフ・コンパッションICTプログラム』を開発・検証することを目的としている。研究テーマに沿った介入プログラムの開発・有用性の検証にむけ、本年度の研究計画に位置付けていた先行研究の文献収集（後にシステマチックレビュー論文を作成する予定）と、介入スキルの質の向上ならびに担保のために研修会への参加を行った。本研究テーマが遂行できるよう、本研究の介入手法と同様のセルフ・コンパッションに関する論文を作成し採択された（掲載時期未定）。
