本研究は学習障害児の皮質下レベルを中心とした感覚統合機能と皮質レベルを中心とした認知心理学検査および教科学習能力との関連を症例を通し研究している。平成10年度、感覚統合機能検査と認知心理学検査により学習障害児と判断された7名(WPPSI知能診断検査結果は全IQ84〜110(平均91)、K-ABC心理学教育アセスメントバッテリー結果は認知処理過程尺度128〜78(平均96)Ayresの感覚統合障害症候群に分類すると、姿勢運動、眼球運動、ラテラリティーの障害を中心とした前庭性両側性統合障害に属すると考えられる者4名、触覚、固定感覚を中心とした体性感覚の障害に基づく発達性行為障害の者1名、聴覚-言語系の障害を中心とした左大脳半球障害に属する者1名、覚醒レベルを中心とした感覚調整障害に属するもの1名)に小学1年生1学期終了後に生活態度(14項目)、国語(9項目)、算数(10項目)、その他の教科(13項目)に関したアンケートおよび国語、算数の学力診断検査を行った。感覚統合検査、認知心理学検査とアンケートおよび学力診断検査の結果に統計的有意差は認められなかった。しかし、全般的な傾向として(1)算数よりも国語の問題が感覚統合機能、認知心理学検査に関係なく大きい。(2)算数で起きる問題は、計算よりも文書理解の悪さに原因がある。(3)感覚統合機能の問題が強い子どもは離席、落ち着きのなさ、忘れ物等の生活態度の悪さや体育、音楽、図工での不器用さが目立つ。(4)眼球運動の問題を持つ者は、読み書きに困難を示すことが多い。ことが示唆された。今年度はさらに、6名の症例が検査を終了している。症例の数を増やしていくことで研究の信頼性を高めることが可能であると思われる。今後も継続して研究を進めるとともに、学年進行に伴う変化も研究していきたいと考えている。

This year, 6 cases were examined and completed. The number of cases increased and the reliability of the study increased. In the future, the study will be carried out in a timely manner.
