项目摘要

(1)地域を対象とした回帰モデルの特徴の整理地域分析を目的としたモデルには対象や分析目的に応じて多種多様なものがある。その中で、パラメータの推定が回帰分析に帰着するいくつかのモデルを取り上げ、その特徴を整理した。その際、既存の研究においてアドホックに用いられている手法の問題点を指摘するとともに、逆解析という観点からその対処法について考察を行った。(2)地域を対象とした回帰モデルにおける非適切性の適切化に関する実証的検討次に、前年度並びに前記(1)のレビューに基づき整理された、地域分析を行う際の典型的な非適切性とその適切化手法に関し実証分析を行った。具体的には、多重共線性と誤差項の分散不均一・空間的自己相関について、公示地価を用いた簡単な地価モデルを作成し、パラメータ推定値と予測値ならびにそれらの精度について実証比較を行った。その結果、適切化を行うか否か、さらにはどの適切化手法を適用するかによって、社会資本整備プロジェクトの影響分析上無視しえない結果の相異がもたらされる可能性を示唆した。また、誤差項に空間的自己相関が生じている場合の適切化法において自己相関を記述するために導入される「空間重み行列」の与え方の影響についても実証的に分析を行った。(3)研究の今後の発展可能性の検討既存研究のレビューを行っているなかで、誤差項の分散不均一・空間的自己相関が生じている際の適切化手法については、他の分野とは大きく異なる理論的特徴を有することが明らかになった。そこで、適切化手法の同定を行ううえでの問題点を整理し、空間概念に起因した適切化手法の独自性について考察を行った。(4)研究成果の最終発表準備平成10年度〜11年度の2年間で得られた研究成果について成果報告書としてまとめるとともに、学会・研究会等の場において発表を行うための準備を行った。
