1 研究目的○ 校内研究のメリットとデメリットを明らかにする。○ 授業力の構成要素である授業企画力(授業を企画・創造する力)、授業実践力(授業を実践する力)、授業評価・改善力(授業を振り返り、改善する力)の3項目における暗黙知を明示知へと変換する手立てを開発する。○ 職員による授業実践ビデオの評価やアンケート結果から、本研究の有効性を検討する。2 研究方法○ 授業力における暗黙知を明示知へと変換する手立てを用い授業研究を実施する。授業における指導者や学習者の対話分析, 指導者のアンケート、児童のノート記述等から、手立てを評価する。3 研究成果○ 目標と手だてを共有化し, 可視化することの重要性年度当初に, 全職員で研究テーマに即しためざす児童像を検討すること, またそれに迫る手だてを全職員で協議し共有化し, 一覧表にして可視化することは, 授業を企画・創造するために, 効果的であることが分かった。このことは, 授業実践後に手だての有効性を検討する上でも効果的であった。○ 授業を企画し, 実践し, 評価・改善する過程を共有することの重要性全職員が1回目の授業実践の成果と課題を生かして2回目を実施した。学年の職員同士で授業を構想し, 参観・協議し, 課題を洗い出し, 2回目の実践に向けて手だてを講ずる中で, 相互作用が発生し, それらの手だてを自分の授業に取り入れ, 授業改善の意欲を高めていることも分かった。○ 事後研究会の効率的運営と授業力向上おける自己評価の検討授業数が多くなるとそれに伴って事前・事後研の時間が発生する。時間の確保と効率的な進め方を検討していく必要がある。また, 授業の教科や単元など, 学年や個人に任せていく部分と全体で同じ方向性を確認する部分の兼ね合いを検討する必要がある。また, 授業についての一人一人の課題を明確にする手だてと自らの授業力の向上を自覚できる手だてを検討する必要がある。
