○研究の目的LD, ADHD, 自閉スペクトラム症で通級指導を受ける児童生徒の多くは字の読み飛ばし, 読みの遅さ, 視写が苦手, 図形問題が苦手, 方向感覚が苦手, 球技が苦手などのように「見る」力が育っていないと考えられる。通常の学級にも「見る」力が十分に育っていないことから学習上の困難を抱えている児童が少なくない。そこで通常の学級においてビジョントレーニングを取り入れた「見る」力を育てる指導を実践すれば板書の書き写しや漢字の学習, 図形の学習, 運動感覚などを高められることを明らかにし, 学級担任が手軽に実践できる指導プログラムを作成し, 普及することを目的とする。○研究の方法跳躍性眼球運動と追従性眼球運動を促すビジョントレーニングの一つである「目の体操」をA小学校の2年生4学級(各学級30名)あるうちの2学級で実践する。1か月間, ビジョントレーニングを行った2学級と行わない2学級の「見る」力の育ち方を比較調査する。また, 図形描写やグリッド点つなぎ, ジオボードなどで視知覚認知を促すビジョントレーニングを通常の学級の指導に取り入れ実践する。○研究成果6月初旬, 音読速度, 視写速度のベースラインを測定後, 「目の体操」への取組の有無が異なる集団を形成して実践し, 1か月後(7月初旬)に再測定したところ有意差が認められた。特に視写20字/分, 音読200字/分未満の下位群の伸びが大きく, 字形が整ってきたなどの成果が見られた。その後, 全4学級で「目の体操」に加えて, 図形描写やグリッド点つなぎ, ジオボードなどの視知覚認知を促すビジョントレーニングを実践したところ, 児童全体の視写速度, 音読速度が伸び, 平仮名, 片仮名, 漢字, 数字などの字形が整ってきたという報告を受けた。A小学校の2学年においては学級担任が成果を認め学年全体で取り組むことができてきた。学校全体への普及が課題として残された。
