【研究目的】わが国は、市民によるAEDの使用が認められてから10年が経過し、AEDの設置率(人口比)は世界1位となったが、学校で毎年100名程度の児童生徒の心停止が発生している。学校において、児童生徒の健康を守る専門職としての養護教諭は、心肺蘇生教育についてどのように捉え、命を守る教育を展開しているのかを知るために調査を実施した(科研費 : 15H00668)。その結果、消防機関との連携に困難さを感じているという意見があがった。養護教諭を含む教職員の心肺蘇生教育に関する知識・技術の向上や訓練用機材(人形・AED)の借用方法などの情報を消防機関から得ることは、学校における心肺蘇生教育の充実につながるもの考える。そこで、大阪府内の消防機関に対し、学校との連携の実態や意識に関する調査を実施することを目的とする。【研究方法】研究対象は、大阪府内で普通救命講習会を実施している消防本部・局・消防署・分署等合計43か所。郵送にて質問紙調査を実施し、37か所から回答を得た(回収率86%、有効回答率100%)。ただし4地域は申し出により消防本部・局で一括して回答頂く。【研究成果】学校と連携を「取る」もしくは「時々取る」は81.1%。「あまり取らない」もしくは「取らない」は19.1%。連携の内容は、心肺蘇生教育(29件)、エピペン所有者の把握(20件)、防災教育(10件)であった。学校における心肺蘇生教育は誰が中心に実施することが望ましいかとの問いに対し、応急手当普及員免許を取得している教職員(28件)との回答が最も多かった。また、学校教職員が応急手当普及員の資格を取得することは、89.2%が必要と回答し5.4%が不要と回答した。
