项目摘要

研究目的 : 学校教育の中に心肺蘇生を普及することは、わが国における救命率をあげる近道であるが、実技演習を中心とした教育があまりされていないのが現状である。その背景として、人員や時間の確保、消防機関との連携等が課題となっていることが推測されるため、各校の心肺蘇生教育の実態を把握し、学校教育の中で心肺蘇生教育を教職員が展開していく方法について検討することを目的とする。研究方法 : 大阪府内の国立・私立・大阪市立の小・中・高・養の養護教諭を対象に、心肺蘇生教育の現状や養護教諭自身が心肺蘇生教育をどのように考えているかを把握するため質問紙調査を実施した。対象569校に対し回収285校(回収率50.1%)、有効回答数277校(有効回答率97.2%)であった。「養護教諭が心肺蘇生を実施する自信」と「過去に緊急現場に遭遇した経験」がどう関連しているかを調べるため、Mann-Whitney検定またはKruskal-Wallis検定とBonferroniの多重比較を行った。研究成果 : 心肺蘇生教育の実施率は、教職員対象は国公立94.3%私立79.4%、児童・生徒対象は国公立33.5%私立67.6%であった。過去に緊急事例があった学校は40校で、養護教諭が過去に緊急事例を体験した人は34人であった。「養護教諭が心肺蘇生を実施する自信」に影響する要因として、過去に緊急事例を体験したことがある人(4.2点)は、ない人(3.4点)よりも自信があることが明らかとなった(p=0.000)。心肺蘇生教育の実施者で望ましい人は、消防職員53.4%、保健体育教員22.4%。一方養護教諭が望ましいと回答した人はたった17.3%にとどまった。養護教諭が実施するために必要なことは「自分の知識・技術の向上」(28.6%)が最も多く「管理職等の理解や協力」(27.9%)、「訓練用の機材の確保」(13.8%)であった。
