1、研究目的本研究は、ゲーム領域における効果的なスポーツビジョントレーニングの在り方を究明することで、状況に応じた適切な動きを自ら創り出すことを目的とする。生徒がゲーム中に、具体的にいつ、どこを、どう見て、その状況に応じてどのような対応をするかを身に付けさせることを目指しており、その指導法を究明することで状況に応じた適切な運動能力を効果的に高められるのではないかと考えて実践するものである。2、研究方法(1)ボールゲームにおけるスポーツビジョントレーニングの理論研究(原理研究)(2)ボールゲームにおける生徒の状況認識と戦術行動に関わる能力との関係の明確化(3)状況に応じた動きをより効果的に身につけるための指導法の究明(4)スポーツビジョントレーニング取り入れた実践練習における生徒の実態調査の分析と考察3、研究成果運動技能の高い生徒と低い生徒を比較すると、動体視力・眼球運動・周辺視野・瞬間視で優位な差がみられた。授業場面では周囲を見ざるをえない状況で、瞬時に正確な判断と動作ができるように次のような視点を大切にしながら練習を位置付けた。(バレーボールの実践)(1)ゲームの場面を想定し、動きの意味合いを理解させる。(2)練習にかかわる人数も少人数から徐々に増やす。(3)一つのプレーを練習させるときに、その前後に動きや視覚情報(・パサーの人数・サーブやレシーブを最初に行う場所・ボールの軌跡・ボールのスピード等を変える。)を負荷として与える。例)アタック練習→「相手コートのスパイカーを見て、ブロックジャンプにとんだ後、ネットから開き、そこへセッターからボールを投げ、セッターへパスを返す。セッターはそのパスをトスにして、そのトスをアタック」見て、感じて、動く<認知→行動(自然選択)>という視覚パターンを用いた練習を授業場面に取り入れたことで、生徒の状況認識とゲームの様相を高めることができた。
