项目摘要

著者同定機能に関する調査として、2010年11月18日にロンドンの研究助成団体Welcome Trustで開催された、ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributors ID)の参加機関会議に参加し情報を収集した。また、ORCIDの参加機関となり、情報収集に努めた。この結果、国内で実装した同定識別子(国立情報学研究所の研究者リゾルバやReaDによって使用されている科研番号など)は世界標準となるであろうORCIDとスイッチングボード機能を通して互換性(参照・変換)が可能であることが明確になった。これは番号の体系の相違性に依存せず、相互参照が可能になるということである。したがって、科研番号が機関リポジトリに登録されれば、研究者リゾルバを通して、ORCIDやISNI (International Standard Name Identifier)などへの参照が可能になる。一方、国立情報学研究所の研究者リゾルバの研究者・職員チーム等と連携して、機関リポジトリのメタデータに科研番号を入力し、同研究所のハーベスタであるJAIRO (Japanese Institutional Repositories Online)にハーベストするための入力フォーマット及びハーベスト時の出力フォーマット(OAI-PMHによるxml形式)を定めた。同定子を入力するフィールドは、機関リポジトリのソフトウエアであるDSpaceが、バージョン1.6.1から典拠データを入力するフィールドを標準で装備したため、これを利用することとした。これにより、DSpace1.6.1をリポジトリシステムとして利用すれば、科研番号を同定子として入力し、JAIROにハーベストして、研究者リゾルバとの連携を図ることが可能になった。この仕組みは、この研究の具体的な成果の一つとして、金沢大学学術情報リポジトリ(KURA)及びJAIROで実装が終了している。このように、海外で策定が進行中の著者同定子との互換性(国際的な互換性)を踏まえた上で、機関リポジトリ(DSpace1.6.1)をインフラ用のソフトウエアとして、国立情報学研究所の研究者リゾルバ及びJAIROとの連携により科研の個人番号を同定子として活用する情報環境の条件を明確にし、また金沢大学においてその実装を行った。

On November 18, 2010, the Open Researcher and Contributors ID (ORCID) of the Open Researcher and Contributors Trust was opened and information on participation in the organization meeting was collected. Orcid is a collection of information from participating organizations. As a result, the identification of the same identifier in China (researcher of National Institute of Informatics) is different from that of the world standard (ORCID). The function of the identifier is interchangeable (reference). The opposite of the system depends on each other, and cross-references are possible. For example, the scientific research number may be used for registration, the researcher may be used for communication, and the ORCID and ISNI (International Standard Name Identifier) references may be used. One party, researchers from the National Institute of Informatics, staff members, etc., joined forces with other institutions, and JAIRO (Japanese Institutional Repositories Online), the same research institute, decided to set up an OAI-PMH xml format. The same is true of the standard equipment. DSpace1.6.1 provides a wide range of applications, research applications and research opportunities. JAIRO provides a wide range of applications and research opportunities. The group of scholars, the specific results of the research, the academic information of Kanazawa University (KURA) and the JAIRO are finally completed. The research environment conditions for researchers at the National Institute of Informatics and for individuals involved in scientific research at the National Institute of Informatics were clarified, and Kanazawa University was established.
