研究目的:東日本大震災後における宮城県内の保険薬局(以下、薬局)の被害状況や対応の実態を明らかにし、さらに詳細な解析を行うことにより、将来同規模の震災が発生した際の薬局やそれを取り巻く行政機関や医薬品供給業の備えを考察するための一助とする。研究方法:宮城県薬剤師会に登録している全薬局(948店)を対象としたアンケートを実施した。アンケートは郵送による記述式とした。設問内容は、I.施設設備に関することが16問、II.医薬品に関することが6問、III.調剤に関することが5問、IV.情報収集に関することが5問、V.病院等との連携に関することが3問、VI.その他は3問設定した。設問のうち、23問は選択肢あるいは数値解答、残りの13問は文書回答方式とした。結果:アンケート回収率は45.9%(435店)であった。回答が得られた薬局のうち沿岸部(海から5km)の薬局は81店であった。そのうち津波の影響を受けた薬局は58店であった。津波の被害の程度は、建物に影響有りが33店、床上浸水が23店であった。震災当日における医薬品の在庫状況は、3日分未満であった薬局が28店、以下、4～7日分が74、9～13日分が51、14～20日分が130、21～30日分が200、35日分以上は25店であった。医薬品の在庫状況は、「結果的に問題がなかった」が274店であったのに対して、「数品目が不足した」が90店、「多数の薬剤が不足した」は38店であった。今回の震災を受けて医薬品の在庫量を増やした薬局は116店であった。成果:本研究では、宮城県内の薬局435店から震災時に対応に関する詳細なデータを収集することができた。解析は数値データの粗集計までではあるが、当時の宮城県内の薬局の状況や対応の全体像が明らかになった。今後は、アンケートの文書回答をデータ化するとともに、数値データはさらにクロス集計を行う予定である。

Objective: To analyze the damage situation and the actual situation of the disaster in Miyagi Prefecture after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and to investigate the preparedness of administrative agencies and medical supplies in the future. The number of people affected by the earthquake has increased. Results: This study is based on the detailed data collection of the 435 stores in Miyagi Prefecture. The analysis of the rough set of values is not only a matter of time, but also a matter of time. In the future, it will be possible to digitally convert written answers to questions, and to implement digital data collection.
