本研究の目的は、教師の成長と支援のあり方とを模索し、成長支援の効果的なシステム構築を推進することに研究の目的がある。すなわち、大学と附属学校との連携・協働による初任者研修システムの構築を通して、学び続ける教師の向上を支援する研修システム構築を実証的に研究することである。教師の成長要因として、学校環境と初任期の重要性が予てより指摘されている。国内初任者研修は平成元年(1989)法制化後四半世紀を経過し、各自治体は特徴的な研修改善を重ねているが、実際は従来型トップダウン伝達研修と校内指導教員による他律的支援等により運用と成果に苦慮し困難を抱えている。一方、国立大学附属学校では業務特性や任務内容から初任者採用は稀である。近年は、国立大学法人化後の異動困難(退職金継続中止や中堅世代教員減少等)から人材確保のため、教員採用に公募制を布く附属学校では初任者採用実施の事例が増加した。上記現状を鑑み東京学芸大学附属学校運営部(平成16年設置)は平成19年度より初任者研修に着手するものの従来型伝達研修の範疇で問題点が散見され、根本的な改革を必要とされた。1. 平成25年度(1)初任者研修の現状、及び、初任者研修改革を必要とする主因の調査・検討。(2)(1)調査結果を基に、大学と附属学校との連携・協働体制の研修改革を計画・実践・検討。(3)日本教育学会(2013.8.29)、日本教育大学協会(2013.10.5)にて研究成果を発表。2. 平成26年度(平成25年度研究を継続)(1)全国国立大学(51大学)附属学校における教員採用(方法と現状)を資料調査・聞き取り調査し比較・分析。(2)東京都内国立4大学附属学校(人事交流実施校)の教員採用(初任者)、初任者研修支援状況を調査・検討。(3)「大学と附属学校との連携・協働による初任者研修システムの構築」研究を「Gプラン」として推進し、東京学芸大学他東京都内4大学附属学校の初任者他新任者・任期付採用者・経験者にも枠を拡げて実施。(4)日本教育行政学会(2014.10.11)、日本教育大学協会(2014.10.18)にて研究成果を発表。(5)『平成26年度日本教育大学協会研究年報-第33号-』に研究論文を2編(①・②)発表。①田子澄子「東京都内国立大学附属学校における初任者の採用に関する現状」pp.210-214②田子澄子「大学と附属学校との連携・協働による初任者研修システムの構築」pp.251-269
