项目摘要

○研究目的 :近年、リレーションシップバンキングの思考が進み、非財務情報などの重要性の議論が高まっている。一方で金融機関の取り組みにおいては、定量的な従来型トランザクション貸出からの脱却が各所で議論されているが、リレーションシップ貸出における知的財産の取り扱いについては積極的な検討が進んでおらず、非財務情報評価因子についてどのように定量化するか望まれている。そこで、本研究においては、リレーションシップ貸出と知的財産の関係性に焦点を当て、地域金融機関と中小企業間に存在する知的財産評価の『情報の非対称性』と情報の逆選択の解決について、インタビュー調査を行った結果と考察について示す。○研究方法 :本研究は中小企業が持つ非財務情報についてどのように内部評価を行っているかという視点から、クロス分析、テキストマイニング、統計的解析を行った。特にものづくり系中小企業の経営者を対象として、「自社の経営活動について金融機関向けに与信判断を求める際の説明で、会社情報についてどのような説明を行っているか」というインタビュー調査を行い(対象 : 秋田県内外企業ものづくり系40社のうち有効回答32社)。その成功要因について分析を行った。○研究成果 :インタビューの結果、経営者の8割以上は、キャッシュフローや内部留保など中小企業の経営情報を地域金融機関に伝えることの重要性を認識していた。しかし、クロス分析、テキストマイニングの結果、実際に製品ビジョンや技術内容、セールスポイント等を聞いてみると、特にノウハウ管理、ブランド戦略などの非財務情報の部分について、金融機関へのアピールの意思が強くない傾向が見られた。これらの結果を活用し、引き続き金融機関が考えるリレーションシップ貸出に向けた定量指標の作成を行う。
