项目摘要

近年の計算機ネットワークの普及によって,ネットワーク上で時間的空間的に分散した利用者の協調作業が可能となりつつある。多様な環境の利用者が協調作業を行うことには様々な問題があり,これは既存の情報システム技術を単に利用するだけでは解決が困難である.利用者としての人間に関する研究,協調作業システム機構の研究おりょび利用者インタフェースの研究をバランスよく行うことの重要性が増している.従来は,任意の2者間で見ているものが同じであるWYSIWIS(What You See Is What I See)が重要であるという考え方の影響が大きく,データの位置や状態にかかわらずに,利用者にできるだけ均一なデータアクセスを提供することが一般的であった.このひとつの理由は,利用者がコミュニケーションを行う場合に,暗黙のうちに相手が自分の状態や環境についてしることを仮定するためWYSIWISでないとコミュニケーションが困難となるためである.本研究では,全利用者の環境が全く同じであることを仮定せずに,かつ利用者のコミュニケーションが可能な協調作業支援方式の開発と分散したビューのモデル化を行った.具体的には,まず協調作業支援の利用者インタフェースに関する要求分析のためにテキスト型仮想現実MOO(MUD Object-Oriented)およびその他のオンラインコミュニティに関する調査を行い,とくにシステムの柔軟性が重要であることから,データ,メソッド,インタフェースの共有と個別化について検討した.ハイパーメディアシステムにおいて個別化と協調を両立させるための機構のプロトタイプを開発し,その経験をもとに,Dexterモデルに基づくハイパーメディアシステムにおけるビューのモデル化と動的なビュー定義について集中的に検討を行った.
