项目摘要

本研究の目的は、幹線街路網の各地点と地区内の区画道路の各地点の相対的な利便性を指標化するために、幹線街路網の混雑状況と地区内の交通環境の水準をリンクさせ、都市全体の交通と地区の居住環境のバランスを考慮した地区計画の優先順位や整備水準を検討するためのモデルを構築することである。全体としての目的を達成するための以下の研究項目を実施した。(1) 各地区内の区画道路と幹線道路上の各地点の相対的な利便性を決める指標の構成と最適化問題としての定式化(2) ドライバーの経路選択行動を下位問題として取り込んだ2段階最適化問題(3) 地理情報システムを含む計算機システムの構築し、実際の道路網を用いた地区計画優先順位決定問題の検討(4) 構成した指標を目的関数と制約条件に取り込んだ最適化問題の定式化(5) ドライバーの経路選択行動を下位問題として取り込んだ2段階最適化問題としての定式化(6) 利用者均衡問題を下位問題とする2段階最適化問題の数値計算法の確立(7) 実際の道路網を用いた地区計画優先順位決定問題や補助幹線街路網の最適整備問題の検討前年度は、(1)(2)(3)の項目を検討し、住区への通過交通の流入の危険性を示す指標を構成し、その指標を用いた地区計画優先順位を計算機を用いて検討するシステムを構築した。本年度は、(4)(5)(6)(7)の項目の検討を行った。具体的には、最適道路網整備案立案問題について数理最適化問題を定式化し、各地区の地区交通対策の組み合わせと優先順位を検討するシステムを構築している。このモデルは、ドライバーの経路選択行動をネットワーク均衡問題として下位問題に取り込んだ2段階最適化問題となっている。最終的には、本問題のような、上位問題に離散的な政策変数を持つ2段階最適化問題に対してGAを応用した数値解法を構築し、岐阜市の道路網データを用いて実証的な計算を行い、通過交通流入危険地区検討システムを用いた視覚的な検討を行った。以上の研究を通して構築したシステムは、住区内への通過交通の流入を考慮した都市道路網整備の検討を視覚的かつ簡易に実現できるシステムとして有効であることを確認した。

The purpose of this study is to index the relative convenience of each location of the trunk road network, the mixed condition of the trunk road network and the level of the traffic environment in the area, and to consider the priority of the urban traffic and residential environment. The following research projects were carried out to achieve the objectives of the Group. This year, the Group conducted a review of projects related to (4)(5)(6)(7). The specific problem of optimal road network preparation is formulated, and the priority of regional traffic policy is discussed. The problem of equilibrium and the problem of optimization of two-stage optimization are discussed. The final problem is to construct a numerical solution to the two-stage optimization problem, to verify the calculation of the road network in Gifu City, and to discuss the use of the traffic flow model in the dangerous area. The above research is aimed at establishing a system for urban road network maintenance, considering the inflow of traffic in residential areas, and confirming the simple implementation of the system.
