项目摘要

研究実績の概要 (学術情報センターでデータベース化するため,600字〜800字で記入。図,グラフ等は記載しないこと。)本年度は、次のことを行った。1. 係り受け情報を利用した情報検索システムの性能評価とその高速化2. 分散環境で協調的に仕事を行うエージェントの概念に基づいたWWW検索システムの提案と試作3. 情報処理教育システムの利用を促すためのツールの試作1では、与えられた文書中から必要な情報を抽出するのにどのような係り受け情報が有効となるか、また、その時の重みの与え方をどうすべきかを調べた。入力文の中に含まれる係り受け情報の含有率と適合率(抽出された検索結果のうち、解答として適当である割合)の関係について調べ、一般の検索システムで用いられている論理演算を元にした検索方法と比較した結果、若干良い結果を得た。この手法は、単純な手法であったため、次に日本語の文章中でよく省略される名詞を補完する照応機能を導入し、動詞と名詩句の表層的な格情報を利用し、更に、類似の語を扱えるように検索入力文を拡張するようにしたところ、高い適合率を得られるようになった。また、各機能を利用した時の時間と検索精度の関係を調べ、類似の語を扱う機能は時間を必要とする割には、精度が上がらないことを確かめた。2では、WWW上の検索システムを構築する上での新しいモデルとその構築方法を提案し、試作システムを作った。その試作システムを用いた実験により、ユーザーとの対話機能や、検索手法についての知見を得た。また、このWWWエージェントシステムと協調的に仕事を行うメールエージェントシステムの開発も現在続けており、その一つの機能として、受け取ったメールから、会議に関するメールだけを分類し、会議名、会議の日付、URLなどを抽出する機能を実現した。先のWWWエージェントシステムの対話機能と組合せることにより、抽出した知識に関するユーザーとの対話が可能となる。更に、3では、共同研究者と、計算機の動作原理の理解を助けるツールの開発を行ったり、情報処理講習会を開催し、計算機の初心者がどのような質問を行うのかの、調査を行い、対話システム構築に関する知見を得た。
