项目摘要

【被験者】日本歯科大学新潟歯学部附属病院小児歯科に来院した,年齢5歳3か月から11歳9か月の小児小児患者19名。【実験方法】治療椅子を中心とした時計式表示法の位置で12時に歯科医師,3時に歯科衛生士,7時半に母親を配置した。そして,歯科医師が「おくちをあいて」,母親が「いいこにしてね」,歯科衛生士が「がんばったね」と話しかけ,被験児の眼球運動を両眼眼球運動測定装置で測定した。分析の結果,三者が話しかけたとき,話しかけた人の顔を視線が走査した被験児(走査群)と,走査しなかった被験児(非走査群)とに二分することができた。そして,両者間に性格特性があるか検討するため,被験児の眼球運動の結果と高木・坂本幼児児童性格診断検査との関連を,林式数量化理論II類により比較検討した。【結果および考察】1.数量化II類の結果は,相関比が0.701,判別的中率が94.7%,判別的中点が-0.127であった。2.高木・坂本幼児児童性格診断検査の性格特性で,走査群と非走査群の判別に大きな影響を与えるアイテムは,自制力,顕示性,神経質そして学校への適応であった。走査群に判別できるカテゴリーは,自制力なし,顕示性なし,神経質傾向,学校へ適応で,非走査群に判別できるカテゴリーは,自制力あり,顕示性あり,神経質でない,学校へ不適応であった。3.性格特性で,アイテム間相互の偏相関係数が0.700以上の強い相関を示すアイテムは,顕示性と神経質,神経質と自主性,不安傾向と社会性,自制力と個人的安定性であった。以上より,走査群と非走査群の被験児間に性格特性があることがわかった。

19 pediatric patients aged 5 years, 3 months and 11 months were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, Niigata School of Dentistry, Japan Dental University. The treatment chair is centered at 12 o'clock for the dentist, at 3 o'clock for the dental hygienist, and at 7 o'clock for the mother. Dentists, mothers, dental hygienists, eye movements of children are measured by eye movement measurement devices.
