1.文献資料の収集及び研究昨年に引き続き、本テーマに関連する国内外の文献・資料を収集し、それらをレビューした。2.本テーマの仮説及び研究手法に関する聞き取り調査(1)国内:本テーマを研究テーマとしている国内の他の研究者(特に四国学院大学と高松県立看護短大の研究者)を訪問し、テーマに関する仮説や研究手法について協議した。また、彼らと本調査実施のためのアンケート調査の調査項目及び対象者について打ち合わせを行った。(2)国外:昨年に引き続き、アメリカで多職種チームの訓練・研究を既に実施しているニューヨークのハートフォード財団の研究員に会い、最近の多職種チーム研究の動向について聞き取り調査を行った。併せて、11月にワシントンD.C.で開かれた全米老年学会(GSA)に出席し、本研究テーマに関する学会発表も行った。3.本テーマに関する学会発表1)2000年6月に北海道で開かれた日本老年社会科学会において、本テーマに関連する内容を発表した。2)2000年11月に米国ワシントンD.C.で開かれた全米老年学会において、本テーマに関連する内容を発表した。4.本テーマに関する第2回アンケート調査の実施上記1、2の文献資料研究及び聞き取り調査、他の研究者との本テーマに関する協議の結果を踏まえて、2001年1月末から2月にかけて、東京都にあるすべての在宅介護支援センターを対象に、郵送によるアンケート調査を実施した。回収率は39%(回答数:363)と、この種の調査としては充分受け入れられるものであった。2月末にデータをクリーニングし、入力し、3月に単純集計をまとめた。今後、この研究結果を学会で発表したり、論文としてまとめる予定である。
