昨年度は,2ノードマルコフ型ネットワークモデルに対して,各ノードにおけるセル長分布の減衰率の評価を行った.今年度はこの結果の精緻化・一般化として,セル長の同時分布のより精密な評価,および3ノード以上のネットワークモデルにおけるセル長分布の減衰率の評価を行った.まず,セル長の同時分布に対しては,入力トラヒックの分布特性や入力パラメータによって減衰率の決まり方に3つのケースがあることがわかった.ネットワークの視点で見ると,これはボトルネックの起こり方が3通りあることに相当し,処理能力の遅い方が単独でボトルネックとなる場合,遅い方が速い方の影響を受けてボトルネックとなる場合,互いに影響し合って双方がボトルネックとなり得る場合,というように特徴付けることができる.また,同時分布の分析をもとに,ネットワークにおける総遅延時間分布の減衰率などの分析なども行った.次に,3ノード以上のネットワークモデルにおけるセル長分布の減衰率について分析を行い,減衰率を決めていると考えられる仕組みを明らかにした.この結果は,まだ理論的に厳密に確認された訳ではないが,先行研究で厳密な解析が行われている特殊なケースについては,すべて同じ結果となることを確認しており,より一般的なケースについても成り立つことが期待される.さらに,同時分布の減衰特性についても2ノードの場合の手法が拡張できることを確認した.
