本研究では、わが国の代表的な地域通貨である「クリン」(北海道夕張郡栗山町)と「おうみ」(滋賀県草津市)を取り上げ、調査を進めてきた。平成13年度は、プロシューマーとしての意識と行動がどのように形成されているのかを目的に、「クリン」参加者を対象とした意識調査を実施し、平成14年度はその集計と分析をした。その結果、(1)地域通貨の使用、により、プロシューマーとしての意識が形成されていること、(2)その大きい要因として、地域通貨の使用回数・提供回数と無報酬労働を認める意識があげられること、(3)地域通貨の使用・提供により、地域の人間関係が緊密になり、地域活動が活発化する効果があること、などの知見を得た。また、「おうみ」の運営者を対象として、地域通貨の継続を可能にする条件についても聞き取り調査を実施している。さらに、15年度は、プロシューマーとしての形成過程を明らかにすることを目的に、「クリン」が導入されている地域の子どもたち(小学生、中学生、高校生)を対象とした調査を計画した。「クリン」運営グループの研究協力を得ることができ、学校関係者への依頼の手はずも整えていたが、質問紙作成の段階で予備調査が不足していること、また、対象地の状況の変化により、調査を1年延期した。それに代えて、平成16年8月開催の国際家政学会に「地域通貨の効果」と題して申し込んでいた研究発表が採択されたので、その準備に研究計画を切り替えた。研究発表のために、平成13年度意識調査を再度分析し、新たなデータの収集と関係者への聞き取り調査結果を追加した。さらに、平成16年度以降の研究計画について研究協力者と相談し、国外の地域通貨の調査に着手するための情報を収集した。

This study is conducted on the basis of a survey conducted on the representative geographical currency of the country (Kuriyama Town, Yubari Prefecture, Hokkaido) and "Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture). In 2013, we conducted a survey on the awareness of the participants, and in 2014, we conducted a survey on the awareness of the participants. The results are: (1) the use of regional currency;(2) the important reasons for the use of regional currency;(3) the use of regional currency;(4) the supply of regional currency;(5) the close relationship between regional currency; and (6) the development of regional activities. The operator of "" shall carry out the investigation according to the conditions under which the geographical currency is possible. In 2015, the formation process of the "three" was clearly defined, and the "three" was introduced into the regional children (primary school students, middle school students and college students). The research cooperation of the operation group of the school has been completed. The investigation of the stage of the paper production has been completed. The investigation has been postponed for one year. The International Society for Home Economics was launched in August 2016. The topic of "Regional Currency Effect" was discussed. The results of the 2013 awareness survey were added to the list of new findings and findings. In 2016, the research plan for the next year was discussed with the research collaborators, and the information for the survey of foreign currency was collected.
