项目摘要

平成16年度は、研究課題の第一に関して、平成15年度に引き続き実地調査(東京都現代美術館、ポーラ美術館、宇都宮美術館等予定)を行い完了させた。英国における創造的な芸術教育プログラムの調査結果を考察した結果、1989年に学校教育に導入されたナショナル・カリキュラムの目的・内容を忠実に採り入れたものであることが明確となった。これまで英国の社会教育は、インフォーマルな教育の場として学校教育とは峻別してとらえられがちであった。そのことが英国の教育の特質という見方が濃厚でもあったが、ナショナル・カリキュラムの導入による学校教育の基準化は、意外にも社会教育の場にまで浸透しているということである。研究課題の第二(プログラムの構築と検証)に関して、平成16年度は、研究成果を報告書にまとめるとともに、各地の公立文化施設におけるテキストとしての実際的な活用を考慮し、CD-ROMによる映像記録を中心にした創造的な芸術教育プログラムを作成した。プログラムは美術館が所蔵する作品を基本とした美術鑑賞教育用のものとした。創造的な芸術教育プログラムを実施する公立文化施設は高知県立美術館とし、11月12日第1回の実施がされた。一階のギャラリーを専用スペースとして借り、横尾忠則、クレメンテの作品を高知大学教育学部附属小学校5年生が鑑賞学習した。これは、第46回高知県造形教育研究大会の公開授業とも位置づけられた。学校教育における研究・公開授業が公立文化施設でおこなわれ、学校教育と社会教育が融合した事業となった。
