项目摘要

I.ヒト消化器内視鏡におけるPeppermint oilの効果1)上部消化器内視鏡検査:Peppermint oilとBuscopanの上部消化器内視鏡検査時の蠕動抑制効果を比較するためDoubel-blind double-dummy randomized trialを展開.幽門輪の開大率、収縮率とも、Peppermint oilがBuscopanと比較して有効な抗蠕動効果を示したBuscopan群では23/50例(46.0%)で副作用を認めたが,Peppemint群では1/50(2.0%)で腹部膨満を認めた.2)下部内視鏡におけるPeppermint oil使用検査はジェットポンプを使用した内視鏡検査が有用であることを示した.3)ERCPにおけるPeppermint oil使用検査はBuscopanとの併用で有用であるという結果を得た.4)胃透視におけるPeppermint oil混入バリウムの使用は蠕動を押さえ診断率を向上させることを示した。II.動物実験によるPeppermint oilの効果1)モルモット摘出回腸平滑筋の塩化カルバミルコリン刺激収縮に対するPeppermint oilの効果をトランスデューサーを用いて、電気信号に変換し、評価した.2)ウサギ摘出空腸平滑筋の自動運動に対するPeppermint oilの効果トランスデューサーを用いて、電気信号に変換し、評価した.3)エリスロマイシン(6.0mg/dog)刺激下でのイヌ上部消化管運動に対するPeppermint oilの効果をイヌの消化管にストレインゲージを貼り付けて、その金属の歪みを電気信号に変換して評価を行った.何れの実験でも、Peppermint oilの消化管蠕動抑制効果は顕著であることが示された.以上、動物でもヒトでもPeppermint oilは消化管蠕動抑制に優れ、臨床応用可能な薬剤となることが強く示唆された.
