项目摘要

情報通信手段を活用した学校改善のための課題解決方略を,高等教育の取組を事例として検討し,より一般的な教育改善に対する教育経営工学の枠組みを検討した。このために,高等教育の取組として,岐阜大学の教育経営戦略について新たに調査分析を行い,学校教育でのこれまでの調査結果と比較検討して,教育改善を効果的に推進するための方略を検討した。具体的には,以下のように実施した。(1)高等教育における情報通信手段を活用した戦略的な取り組みについての調査分析とくに,教育改善の視点から導入された情報通信手段を中核にして検討し,学生や教員等の意識の変容等についての調査を試み,とくに学生からの取組期待が高く,指導者側の意識改革が肝要となることを指摘した。(2)教育課題に対して,情報通信手段に対する利用実態と期待の分析高等教育での取組は,組織的な教育改善と情報通信手段の位置づけ,及び具体的な方略を分析し,総合的な教育改善を支援するシステムとしての重要性が増していることがしてきされた。さらに,学校教育への適用の可能性について検討し,過去の取組経緯と照らしてCMIの取組を近年の情報通信技術の進展に対応させて検討する枠組みの構成が重要となることを示した。(3)情報通信手段の活用による教育改善の方略のための経営的モデルの検討情報通信手段は,情報共有,組織構成員及び関係者のコミュニケーションなどを支援する手法として活用されるが,学校教育における従来からの取組は基本的な枠組に大きな変化はないことから,過去の事例を「課題解決型の学校経営に関する教育工学的アプローチの開発」として研究資料に整理した。
