项目摘要

目標:研究対象地域の調査結果をデータの分析と考察を行い、必要に応じフォローアップの調査を実施し、研究協力者への研究結果の報告を行うとともに研騰を学術学会誌等に発表する。1.面接データの分析高齢者地域保健に関わるリソースパーソン及び研究対象である2村の住民の個別インタビュー結果を分析し考察した。さらに、考察結果を現地研究協力者と再確認した。2.フォローアップ調査研究目的を達成塑ために、1の研究対象地と文化・社会経済、自然環境が共通している地域において60歳以上の高齢者15名に対してin-depthインタビューを実施し、帰納的に分析し、タイの研究協力者と分析結果についての考察を繰り返し行い、高齢者の代替医療の活用状況と分析結果を概念化した。また、地域病院や保健センターが実施している高齢者自主グループを参加観察し、フィールドノーツを分析し、in-depthインタビュー結果を補完する形にして考察に取り込み、本研究全体の目的の達成を促進させた。1,2について現地研究力者であるコンケン大学看護学部教員及び村の保健ボランティア、保健省代替医療部局の局員とともに、研究結果の評価会と大学内での発表会を実施した。研究成果は研究対象の関係者、村の住民に研究結果を報告した。3.学術誌への投稿分析・考察が終了した研究結果について順次、学術学会雑誌に投稿中である。
