项目摘要

アジア諸国における学校危機管理に係わる情報共有化を介した危機管理体制の構築を推進するための方策について考えるために、以下に示した3件の実践を行い、その研究成果が得られた。1. 上海市の華東師範大学を会場として、本研究代表者及び研究分担者によって、華東師範附属小学校並びに上海市内の現地小学校の教職員合計50名を対象に、学校における安全教育と危機管理に関する教員研修を行ない、危機管理体制構築とその運用に係わる意見交流と情報の共有化を図った。2. マレーシア教育省が作成した「学校・地域・家庭が一体となった学校安全の推進マニュアル」の日本語翻訳を行い、そのマニュアル内容を日本の教育現場へ紹介する許可を得ることが出来た。3. アジアの小学生の安全意識の比較を行うために、中華人民共和国及びタイ王国と日本の小学生を対象にアンケート調査を実施した。回収された調査票は、日本の小学生が1803件(男子907件,女子896件)、中華人民共和国が1930件(男子1029件,女子901件)、タイ王国が2714件(男子1230件,女子1484件)であった。集計の結果、男女共に、主体的な安全形成意識では、日本人児童の点数が他の2国の児童に比べて高くなっていたものの、安全の維持における家族や周囲の大人への信頼では、他の2国の児童に比べると低くなっており、学校における安全推進や危機管理における家庭・地域連携の課題が示された。【まとめ】今回の比較調査研究の結果から、国際化の進展に伴うボーダレス化が進む中で学校危機管理体制の構築を推進していくにあたっては、子どもたちによる主体的な取り組みを一層推進すると共に、地域・家庭とのより密接な連携体制を構築していくことの必要性と重要性が示唆された。

The following three pieces of research have been carried out to promote the construction of crisis management system in schools. 1.
