项目摘要

生殖補助医療により生まれた子どもの権利擁護とソーシャルワークによる支援のあり方について、以下の通り研究を行い、社会的支援の環境づくりについての成果を得た。1.数年にわたり日本の生殖補助医療で生まれた子ども(現在は成人であり以後、DI(Donor Insemination)者と略)への継続的なインタビューを行い、当該年度においては計3回行った。その結果、ナラティブ・アプローチによるインタビューを行う中でDI者は、物語の一般化ならびに客観化の過程をたどることが確認できた。このことは真実からの疎外、社会的孤立、社会的排除等の社会的虐待の状況から、解放されていくプロセスともいえ、社会的支援の手がかりを得た。2.国外のDI者、研究竜等ヘインタビューを実施した。(1)イギリスにおけるDI者、研究者ヘインタビューし、真実告知や出自を知る権利の必要性について調査した。法改正後のソーシャルアクションやDI者をサポートする仕組みについて調査し、日本と比較する中で社会的支援の環境づくりの示唆を得た。(2)アメリカにおけるDI者、行政関係者、研究者ヘインタビューした。DI者インタビューでは、真実の中で生きる者とそうでない者での「怒りと恥」の感情の幅と方向の違いを把握できた。又、行政関係者、研究者へのインタビューでは生殖補助医療の実施状況並びに今後の課題を政策並びに医療面から把握した。3.日本における生殖補助医療の歴史的動向を文献調査した。また、近年及び現在の政府、日本学術会議等での動向を調査し、日本の法整備に関する環境づくりへの示唆を得た。4.DI者を取り巻く社会的支援のしくみに対する社会的な認識を把握するため、研究成果を学会発表により公開し、啓発を行った。学会名:日本子ども家庭福祉学会テーマ:「子どもの出自を知る権利保障に関する研究-生殖補助医療における国際比較-」及び「『人工授精』から『生殖補助医療』への変遷並びにその社会的背景に関する考察」
