2ヵ所の心身障害児通園療育施設に通園する児童22名を対象に,広汎性発達障害群,精神遅滞群,その他発達障害群(ADHD,LD疑いを含む)に分け,療育場面でのEMDRの実施を試みた。療育場面におけるEMDRの実施手続きは,Tinker & Wilsonによるバタフライハグを基本として,若干の変更を加えたものとした。その方法とは,療育プログラムの中の親子遊びの終了時に音楽に合わせて児童の両肩を母親がタッピングし,その後母親が児童に対して肯定的な言葉がけをしながら深呼吸を行うというものだった。児童に対して月平均4回,1回の実施時間が約3分のEMDRが行われた。知的発達,社会性の発達の変化を確認するために,EMDR実施前に各群に対して発達検査(K式発達検査2001)と社会生活能力検査(新版S-M社会生活能力検査)を行い,その後約6ヶ月後に再び同様の検査を行った(比較群)。半分の11名に対してはさらに6ヶ月後に検査を行いその結果を追跡した(追跡群)。それぞれの検査の下位検査の比較をしたところ,比較群における発達指数には有意な差は認められなかったが,追跡群の認知適応領域と言語社会領域に有意な発達指数の上昇が認められた。ただし,障害の違いによる3群間の差は認められなかった。また,いずれの群においても社会生活能力には有意な変化は認められなかった。追跡中,療育に参加している母親の面接を行ったが,その中で劇的な発達の伸長を話す母親は認められず,その変化はきわめて緩やかなものであったことが推測された。これらの結果から,個別的な発達支援の中でEMDRを活用する必要性が示唆されたため,現在EMDRを用いた個別的発達支援の方法を検討しており,今後実際の個別支援を行う予定である。

2. The study of EMDR implementation in children with psychosomatic disorders was carried out in 22 subjects, including general developmental disorders, mental disorders, and other developmental disorders (ADHD,LD). In the field of treatment, EMDR is implemented in a way that Tinker & Wilson does not. The method is to treat children in the middle of the family, and at the end of the family, to listen to the children's shoulders, to listen to the mother's words, and to listen to the children's deep breaths. The EMDR runs for an average of 4 cycles per month, with 1 cycle running for about 3 minutes. Before EMDR was implemented, the development survey (K type development survey 2001) and the social living ability survey (new edition S-M social living ability survey) were conducted, and the same survey (comparative group) was conducted about 6 months later. Half of the 11 candidates were found in the survey six months later, and the results were tracked (tracking group). The comparison between the lower level of the survey and the lower level of the survey shows that the comparison group has reached the index of intentional difference and recognition, and the tracking group has reached the index of intentional recognition in the cognitive adaptation field and the speech social field. The difference between the three groups is recognized. In the middle of the group, the social life ability is intentionally changed. During the pursuit, the mother who participated in the treatment and education met with each other face-to-face, and the mother recognized the expansion of the drama, and the transformation was slow and unpredictable. As a result of this, the necessity of using EMDR in individual development support was demonstrated, and the method of using EMDR in individual development support was discussed, and the implementation of individual support in the future was determined.
