This research work has proposed a new method to evaluate the performance of the machine tools analyzing the surface profile of the finished work piece by a single point tool.(1)The radial motion of the spindle axis decides the critical surface roughness in both turning and facing operation.(2)The motion of the rolling elements of the bearings and the vibration of the spindle affect to the surface roughness.(3)The axial error motion of the spindle affects to the surface roughness of the face of work pieces, and the thermal expansion also affects to the shape of the finished work pieces.(4)The squareness between the spindle and the table was evaluated through the measurement of the difference between the depth of the valley of the surface profiles produced by the front tooth and rear tooth by the fly cutting operation.(5)The table feed speed can be accurately measured instead of the laser interferometer by measuring the pitch of regulary generated tooth marks.Through this study, it was found that the geometrical accuracy such as the squareness of the spindle and the table, rotational error motion of the spindle as well as the accuracy of the feed speed and the magnitude of the thermal expansion can be evaluated by the measurement of the roughness profiles of the finished work piece.
本研究工作提出了一种新的方法来评价机床的性能分析的表面轮廓完成工件由一个单点工具。(1)在车削和端面加工中,主轴轴线的径向运动决定了临界表面粗糙度。(2)轴承滚动体的运动和主轴的振动对表面粗糙度的影响。(3)主轴的轴向误差运动影响工件端面的表面粗糙度,热膨胀也影响加工后工件的形状。(4)主轴与工作台之间的垂直度通过测量由飞切操作产生的由前齿和后齿的表面轮廓的谷深之间的差异来评估。(5)通过测量规则生成的齿痕的齿距,可以代替激光干涉仪精确测量工作台的进给速度,通过研究发现,主轴和工作台的垂直度等几何精度,通过测量表面粗糙度,可以评估主轴的旋转误差、进给速度的精度和热膨胀的大小成品工件的轮廓。
