Clinical implication of bitesprint that is used widely as a preservation therapy, in the present condition that the stomatognathic dysfunction patients are increasing, has become further important. However, a distinct guideline concerning the amount of bite raising with bitesprint remains not only to be unclear, but also even the physiologic mechanism of its action by raising is not clarified.Our research aimed to analyze an influence of bite rasing to bite force. In the begining, we focused on the clenching, being considered to play a causative role in the development of stomatognathic dysfunction, particularly the dynamic properties of regulatory mechanism of bite force after clenching. The experiments were performed on 6 healthy sujects with well-preserved dentitions. Comparison were made between both learned reference bite forces after clenching and no-clenching. As a result, a long lasting effect that might direct relate to tonus, pain or other dysfunctions of the masticatory muscles was observed. Furthermore it was clarified that the observation of bite rasing influence on this effect is important to investigate the mechanism of action of the bitesprint.In future, we will consider the additional problems involved in the mechanical factors associated with muscle length changing and the inpout mechanism to motor neuron accompanied by bite rasing.
在口颌功能障碍患者日益增多的现状下,广泛使用的咬印作为保存疗法的临床意义变得更加重要。然而,关于咬合抬高量的明确指南仍然不清楚,甚至连抬高作用的生理机制也不清楚。我们的研究旨在分析咬合抬高对咬合力的影响。一开始,我们关注的是咬紧牙关,被认为在口颌功能障碍的发生中起着致病作用,特别是咬紧牙关后咬合力调节机制的动态特性。实验对象是 6 名牙列保存完好的健康受试者。对咬紧和不咬紧后学习到的参考咬合力进行了比较。结果,观察到可能与咀嚼肌紧张、疼痛或其他功能障碍直接相关的长期持续影响。此外,还阐明了观察咬合对这种效应的影响对于研究咬合冲刺的作用机制很重要。将来,我们将考虑与肌肉长度变化相关的机械因素以及伴随咬合对运动神经元的输入机制所涉及的其他问题。
