项目摘要
Two manufacturing methods of magnetic wood are propored, which are pressurized inpregnation method and mixture of magnetic powder and wood powder with Japanese lacquer as the bonding agent method.The experemental results of magnetic characteristics are comparatively discussed. The results show that to increase the value of the magnetic characterristic, the latter method is effective and practical.The magnetic wood manufactured by pressurzed impregnant method is better on the point of its natural touch and it can be treated as a usual wood when it is processed. Furether study of water based magnetic fluid on high permeability helps to develope magnetic wood with good magnetic characteristics.
提出了两种磁性木材的制作方法,即加压浸渍法和磁粉与木粉混合,以日本漆为粘结剂的方法。对磁特性的实验结果进行了比较讨论。结果表明,后一种方法对提高磁特性值是有效和实用的。用加压浸渍法制造的磁性木材在自然触感上较好,加工时可以当作普通木材处理。进一步研究高磁导率的水基磁流体,有助于开发具有良好磁性特性的磁性木材。
