本研究では電波吸収体用磁性木材の構成材料・構造, 構成方法などの要素パラメータによる磁気誘電特性および電波吸収特性調整法についての基礎的研究成果が得られた。さらに、粉体型磁性木材の木質系面材ボードとしての曲げ強度、たわみ量についても明らかにした。以上、木質・電磁波吸収双方の機能性を考慮した木質系室内用電磁波吸収建材ボードとしての基盤技術について明らかにした。
