项目摘要
In this project, we developed combine type magnetic fluid inductor which is composed by magnetic fluid inductor and C-shape ferrite core.The combine type inductor has interesting Characteristics such as, cooling characteristic and flux control characteristics by declining the inductor. The flux control characteristics of C-shape cores which have various width of gaps were comparatively examined. The results show the suitable composition and condition of the combine type inductor.Furthermore, we experimentally examined the magnetic fluid particles to know the relation between magnetic characteristics and combined composition of the inductor.
本项目研制的联合收割机式磁流体电感器是由磁流体电感器和C型铁氧体磁芯组成,通过对电感器的降低,使其具有冷却特性和磁通控制特性。对不同间隙宽度的C形铁心的磁通控制特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,联合收割机型电感器的组成和条件是合适的,并对磁流体颗粒进行了实验研究,以了解电感器的磁特性与组合成分的关系。
