项目摘要

At the chemical plants typified by oil refineries in which high pressure hydrogen gas is treated at high temperature, the hydrogen dissolves into a steel, reacts with carbon or carbide to form the methane bubble and sometimes results in the damage of steel. Therefore, it is very important to develop the high temperature type hydrogen detector which catches such riskness in advance. Through two years'project, the following results were obtained :(1) The SrCeO_3 ceramics was the most suitable forthe solid elextrolyte of the hydrogen detector in a high pressure-high temperature hydrogen environments.(2) The electronic circuit was developed for hydrogen permeation current to be measured with little electronic nise.(3) The long term measurement over several months was successfully performed using the developed detector and was confirmed to get the reproducible hydrogen permeability and the diffusion coefficient.(4) It is important in the furhter research stage that the developed detector will be applied to the actual plants and so on.
