项目摘要

ヘーゲルの社会倫理は1821年の『法哲学』のうちに集約的に表現される。しかし、その最初の表現は、今日、『人倫の体系』の名前で知られる1802年秋から1803年初めにかけて成立したと推定される未完成の草稿である。私は、この草稿の読解に努めるとともに、この草稿の何処が『法哲学』にまで連なるものであり、何処が連なるものでないのか、何処がどのように発展し、何処が消え去っていったか、という視点の下に考察を進めることで、この草稿の評価に努めた。これを要約すれば、つぎのように言えよう。この草稿の特色は、方法論の面で言えば、直観と概念との相互包摂によって、個別的な個人と普遍的な民族との一体化を実在化してゆく体系展開にあり、内容面で言えば、アリストテレスの政治学やスピノザの実体概念を追って、個人の真の自由は共同のうちに生きることのうちにあるとする有機的統一体としての人倫の概念を展開しながら、同時にアダム・スミスなどのイギリス国民経済学を受容することによって、この古代的な政治的図式を部分的に修正し、その近代化を目指していることに見出すことが出来る。そして、方法論の面では、直観と概念との相互包摂の運動は、やがて精神の自己内反省による絶対的運動にとって代えられ、内容面では、これ以後、一層、人倫の体系の近代化が推進されて行くが、同時にここには主体と客体とを媒介する運動として弁証法が見守られており、そして具体的には言語、労働、相互行為が人間と自然、人間と人間を媒介する基本的なものとして取り上げられることによって、のちのヘーゲルの体系の前段階とか、のちのヘーゲルによって克服されたものという評価だけでは片付けられない独自の体系構成の立場を持している、と言わなければならない。尚、この研究の成果は、この草稿の翻訳、並びにこれに対する注解と解説の体裁でまとめることで、近く書物として出版する予定である。
