●平成6年度/実績報告書本年度(最終年度)は前年度の研究成果をふまえて,研究のさらなる進展と理論の精緻化および具体的な計測をおこない,2年間の研究成果を報告書(80pages)にまとめた.具体的には,研究分担者の三道が前年度考究したところの,在庫理論をベースとした物流システム合理化効果の把握システム体系の精練化,およびその効果の具体的計測をおこなった.合理化効果には,1)在庫金額削減効果,2)在庫管理費用節約効果,3)在庫時間削減効果の3つに分解することができるが,ジャストインタイム戦略(一例は物流センター集約化)による効果を神戸市のいくつかの代表的企業の物流センターのロケーションを仮定して具体的事例で計測した.研究代表者の近藤の担当する分野では,物流システムのなかの特に輸送部分をとりあげ,物流システム合理化効果がどのように輸送時間短縮効果としてあらわれるか,さらに派生して輸送費用(燃料費や,運転人件費,車両維持費)の節減効果にもおよぶ.また,高速交通体系の整備にともない,空港整備と物流センターの臨空立地戦略,さらに高速道路のIC周辺立地などが都市地域にもたらす直接,間接効果を議論した.また,研究分担者の長峰は,物流合理化の経営戦略上の意義について,具体的事例を取り上げて考察した.さらに,物流合理化と物流業界への影響動向についても具体的事例で考察をくわえ,報告書に織り込んでいる.
