1.Receptorscintigraphy in nudemouse1) Scentigraphy was performed employing 125I- (Tyr11) SRIF.Content of Somatostatin in human neuroendocrine tumors was positive in one case of carcinoid of transverse colon among 3 cases of medullary thyroid carcinoma and 2 cases of carcinoids. Radioligand showed (125I) LTT-SRIF-28 adn IC50 was o.31 nmol/L.2) The nude mouse used was BALB/c (6 w/o), male and 16-20g at wight. The experiments were started form 23 days after inoculation. The insulinoma which showed positive somatostatin receptor and were gifted revealed positive accumulation of 125I- (Tyr) SRIF at tumor itself. At the first day after inoculation, sotope was trapped into liver and thyroid, but at third day specificity of scintigraphy was increased. Therefore, this scintigraphic system was thought to be meaningful.
