I examined the effective sleep and living behavior to reduce the stress and fatigue after I grasped the realities of stress and fatigue for healthy life in the present age.I investigated about sleep in 1993, did the experiments on sleep deprivation in 1994, and studied to examine effective sleep in 1995.the results were as follows.1.Investigation about sleep (1)As for modern people, sleep time shortns, it is late to go to bed, and there become many persons rising late. (2) Sleeo time of women were shorter, and they felt dissatisfaction about sleep than men. (3) The mental fatigue let quality of sleep deteriorate. (4) Fatigue of the care person were big because they waked apmany times during sleep.2.Experiment on sleep deprivation (1) It were recognized a tendency that sleep time got longer and became deeply sleep after sleep deprivation. (2) There were subjects that fatigue of sleep deprivation appeared promptly, and appeared after sleep of one night. (3) There were subjects that fatigue of sleep deprivation recoverd by 3 days, and didn't recovered by 3 days either.3.Environment of sleep and living vihavior (1) When environment temperature exceed 30゚C,there were the subjects whom were excited by stimulation of heat or absent-minded. (2) There were differences between the influences that both the nois and fragrance gave to awaking lebel by an individual. (3) Going to sleep were the best when took a bath in 1 or 3 hours before sleeping. (4) Sleep evaluation improved when student subjects didn't exercise. (5) The coffee lifted awakening level of all subjects. (6) The alcohol let awakening level of subjects deteriorate all day. (7) Sleep evaluation deteriorated clealy when might be menntal fatigue and worry in particular.
在掌握了当今时代人们为了健康生活而产生压力和疲劳的现实之后,我对有效睡眠和减轻压力和疲劳的生活行为进行了研究。我于1993年进行了睡眠调查,1994年进行了睡眠剥夺实验,1995年进行了有效睡眠的研究。结果如下:1.睡眠调查(1)现代人睡眠时间缩短,现在睡觉已经很晚了,很多人起得很晚。(2)女性睡眠时间短,对睡眠的不满程度高于男性。(3)精神疲劳使睡眠质量下降。(4)2.睡眠剥夺实验(1)睡眠剥夺后睡眠时间有延长和进入深度睡眠的趋势。(2)有被试者出现睡眠剥夺疲劳的时间较短,且在一夜睡眠后出现。(3)3.睡眠与生活环境的关系:(1)环境温度超过30 ℃时,受试者出现热刺激兴奋或精神不集中。(2)噪声和香气对个体唤醒淋巴细胞的影响存在差异。(3)临睡前1 ~ 3小时洗个澡最好。(4)当学生不锻炼时,睡眠评估得到改善。(5)咖啡提高了所有受试者的觉醒水平。(6)酒精使受试者的觉醒水平整天下降。(7)尤其是精神疲劳和焦虑时,睡眠评价明显恶化。
